Grassy Point is a gated, luxury waterfront community in the heart of the Edgewater area of Port Charlotte. Located on a peninsula at the edge of Charlotte Harbor, Grassy Point has the most exclusive waterfront property in Port Charlotte. The neighborhood consists of 86 home sites situated around a private marina, the peninsula's six-acre, deep water basin. Grassy Point is extremely private and offers excellent boating. Each home site has a deeded dock. Each deeded dock is located in Grassy Point’s private marina.
